I changed over to wordpress because MSN Spaces is just crazy. Sorry, but I am not buying into their Atlas implementation. If it is that slow for users, you can trash that technology right now. I am staying away from Atlas. There are many other Open Source implementations for AJAX in .Net for me to try first.

So here I am on WordPress. I like it so far.
